Organic fresh pecorino cheese lactose-free Kerbu is a soft sheep milk cheese like caciotta, with a fresh, delicate, slightly sour and aromatic taste. It is produced in Sardinia with milk from grazing animals.

DESCRIPTION
Appearance: thin rind, straw yellow in colour.
Paste: the paste of this fresh soft organic pecorino cheese is white, solid, with a soft and creamy consistency. Sometimes there may be slight openings in the paste.
Shape: flat and round, slightly rounded side, bowl shape, weight around 1.5 Kg
