Organic blue pecorino cheese lactose free, with a sour taste, moderately salty, spicy especially in the areas most affected by the development of mould. Blue pecorino cheese by S’atra Sardigna is produced exclusively with Sardinian milk from sheep raised with organic products, processed in Sardinian dairies according to the organic certification protocol.

DESCRIPTION
Appearance: thin rind with a rough appearance and a greenish-brown colour characterized by the presence of moulds
Paste: the paste of organic blue-veined pecorino Frorì is slightly crumbly, round-eyed, sometimes creamy, white in colour with frequent greenish streaks due to the presence of mould
Shape: cylindrical, weight around 2.5 Kg
